Meet the Brilliant Mind Behind Tips of the Trade
Just call her Red. Have you seen the 1994 movie Shawshank Redemption? Morgan Freeman’s character, “Red”, was the guy who walked around from cell to cell offering to get anything the inmates wanted. Except for working a prison or supplying girlie posters, count on Ruth to find what you are looking for-at least ask her!
Ruth, your uniform concierge and the owner of Tips of the Trade, has been of service with every job she’s ever had. Always putting the customer first. In fact, she’s trained others on the best techniques for offering ideal customer service.
Seven weekends out of the year she dresses in her uniform (costume) and works at the Renaissance Faire teaching rag doll making to children and adults. She has been known to take that skill on the road.
How Can She Be of Service?
Ruth Failer has over 14 years of experience helping people look good in fashionable clothing and uniforms. Her in-depth understanding of the importance of fitting, uniform regulation compliance, and agency pride enables us to provide better services for all. Additionally, her business offers free local delivery to your agency in an environmentally friendly vehicle.
